The new E-SPLOST funds will:

  • Acquire digital instructional materials and internet access to help students succeed in virtual learning environments

  • Promote educational equity to close the achievement gap

  • Continue the construction of needed classrooms and athletic facilities

  • Invest in new school buses which are safe and efficient

  • Continue the award-winning success of the Gwinnett County and Buford City school systems 

The extension of the one-penny sales tax on retail sales will be paid by everyone who shops in Gwinnett County regardless of where they live.
